It's Friday, and that means a brand new Farm Stay Cosy Baking recipe is here and this week's requires no oven! Just a saucepan, a fridge, and a serious amount of self-control.
Fiona from Arbor Holidays and Knightcote Farm Cottages in Warwickshire has shared her Yummy Chocolate Tiffin recipe.
Here's what you'll need:
🧈 200g lightly salted butter
🍯 4 tbsp golden syrup
🍫 4 tbsp drinking chocolate
🍪 500g digestive biscuits
🍫 350g milk chocolate (Cadbury's Dairy Milk is Fiona's personal favourite)
Swipe for the full method, it couldn't be simpler, and it keeps in the fridge for up to a week. If it lasts that long.
This is exactly the kind of welcome treat Fiona makes for guests arriving at Knightcote Farm. It's personal touches like these that make Farm Stays so special.
