Made over 24 hours, beef cooked slowly until tender and then topped with home made shortcrust pastry
You could say a very simple but perfect dish, with the brambley apples (from the farm in September) being slowly cooked with orange juice to soften and then the wonderful and light hand prepared crumble to top.
