Five award winning self-catering farm holiday cottages near to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon, which have been lovingly restored and adapted from 17th Century Barns, an old milking parlour and a grain store to provide ***** 5 Star Luxury self-catering cottages in rural Warwickshire.
We have 5 award winning self-catering cottages on the farm, accommodating couples to groups of 16 people.

Explore the farm, feel free to wander and enjoy the wildlife, and see if you can see our badgers, deer, pheasants, barn owls, swallows and dragon flies to name but a few. Marvel at the vintage tractor collection or delight as you watch the trains power round in the model railway club. Let you cares dissolve as you enjoy feeding the fish in the quiet and tranquil orchard carp pool.
It won't be hard to enjoy our great alfresco patio areas with gas barbecues, with dark charcoal coloured seating and tables. Take time to sit and enjoy the wonderful gardens and the well-tended seasonal pots.

The cottages and farm are situated in the village of Knightcote in Shakespeare’s beautiful and Historic County of Warwickshire, in the middle of England. They provide an excellent location to visit Warwick, Stratford and Oxford, where you can experience Warwick Castle, The quant and pretty villages of the Cotswold's and Shakespeare at the RSC or even take in a show at the NEC Birmingham.
