in this award winning countryside hideaway positioned amongst 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire farmland, where you can wander endlessly spotting badgers, deer, butterflies and birds, whilst enjoying the outstanding views of the landscape and Burton Dassett Hills beyond. 

These five cottages have been lovingly restored and adapted from 17th Century barns, an old milking parlour and a grain store to provide ‘Five Star’ luxury self-catering cottages, with exquisite French antique beds and soft cotton sheets, lovely ensuite bathrooms with fluffy towels and bathmats, where you are greeted by chilled wine, freshly arranged flowers and home-made cake made by the farmer’s wife.

The cottages and farm are situated in the village of Knightcote in Shakespeare’s  beautiful and Historic County of Warwickshire, in the middle of England. They provide an excellent location to visit Warwick, Stratford and Oxford, where you can experience Warwick Castle, The Cotswolds and Shakespeare at the RSC or even take in a show at the NEC Birmingham.

Enjoy the romantic antique French double beds (not in Home) and pocket sprung mattresses in colour co-ordinated bedrooms, all with Digital TV’s. The spacious solid wood kitchens enjoy dishwashers, microwaves and washer/dryers. All the cottages have ensuite bathrooms, plus a main bathroom with bath and high-pressure shower. Why not relax in our well-tended patio gardens with gas barbecues making it easy to end your day the alfresco way.

Wander around the orchard carp lake, over our  600 acreas of private farmland or discover the beautiful lanes around the village, easy to do if you like to walk run or cycle.
